This 12-year-old Calvados was aged its first 10 years in our traditional and old French oak casks, then 2 years in ex-Breton whiskey barrels (second pass).
The result is very smooth, balanced Calvados, with a hint of vanilla and a hint of salinity at the end of the tasting.
